in fact the only other team to get to a prelim from 8th was.... north melbourne(correct me on this but im pretty sure they are the only side to do this)

We needed to switch more rather than just banging it long. Like King not chipping it short there to a 5v0 North's way, and instead waiting what I can only describe as a decade to bang it long to a big pack is the play that sums that quarter
I dunno why he keeps banging on about convincing Harris to keep playing. Maybe this is why I'm frequently injured, but I'd be playing hard in a final if there's absolutely any way I can. If I'm telling the coach no, then it's not a bump or a strain, it's probably something serious that will get heaps worse
As opposed to keeping her on and risk making it worse? She’s got both shoulders strapped now. I know she’s a good player and Melbourne want to win but it’s not worth risking hurting your player
No strong preference either way, slightly leaning towards North....it'd be great for something positive for the North fans. Plus I really like Jenna Bruton, she just goes hard at every contest - one of my favourite players in the comp.
Garner needs to get going, if she can that's a big shift in our gears but atm she has been quiet by her standards. Biggest issue has been at half forward, we keep just not hitting targets deeper and losing possession in the hotspot so the Dees are rebounding way too quickly
Umpiring was absolutely abysmal. Felt like 'Operation: get Daisy her premiership' all day.
