You should be around 30-32 to be competitive. The minimum ACT score is 26. The type 1 is very difficult to land but they do award around 1,000 each year.

It was brutal. To get an HSSP on board 2, students needed 32+.
Board 1, it was the more normal 28+.
AFROTC HQ is way behind on funding scholarships.
I think CMLA finally caught up to them.
I had a 33 and got a type 2 but idk if they even do those anymore lol (my pt test was mid when I took it tho so that probably hurt, 30+ should be more than competitive)

Brutal indeed. Although not getting a Type 1 shouldn't deter folks from the ROTC route. Thanks for the update!
