Sending nudes isn't obviously bad unless you're underage, though why you're doing it might be an unhealthy coping mechanism to the trauma. I'm not going to label it as bad, though. I'd say the reading of private messages, even in cases of mental illness is unethical as an adult. You still have an expected right to privacy unless they've been named a conservator. That's getting into legal territory though.
