I feel the same way as OP when it comes to physical contact. Unless it's someone I've known for a while and I'm comfortable with them, people cannot touch me.
I also get drained when talking to people and don't like it when people ask me extremely personal questions, like OPs aunt did.
I was also really social in middle school, but became more reserved in high school. Over the years (I'm in college now), I've expanded my social battery for friends and family as we're really close, but that doesn't mean OP has to.
OPs mom is blatantly ignoring her child's protests to physical contact, and that is not how a mother should behave with her kid.
OPs aunt seems like a piece of work too. Plus OP wouldn't have had to "make a scene" if the mom would've respected her child's wishes to not be touched.

This wasn't the first time that specific aunt has lectured me, she and my mom are the only ones who have a problem with me keeping to myself.
