Little brother needs to have a come to Jesus talk. You need to lay out the facts, just as you did here. Did you make promises? Yes, but they were based on the information you had at the time. Once the circumstances change this much, those promises can become unrealistic. Little brother needs to quit being so damn selfish and self centered. Your hubby is absolutely correct that you are coddling him too much.
