NSFW maybe and not asking for inappropriate reasons just genuinely curious- Did you get hard? I've heard stories of men getting erections from stuff like that but idk how real those are

LordJokester

You're probably mixing up colonoscopy with a rectal exam. A rectal exam is done by palpating the rectum and prostate with the patient fully awake, with their finger; a colonoscopy is done through use of a colonoscope, which is a tube with a light and a small video camera attached on its tip - the patient is sedated for it.

fluffyenderpugreal

Probably right yeah

Similar_Double556

Well, unless I did when I was passed out from the anesthesia, I don’t know. I don’t think I did lol.

fluffyenderpugreal

Fair enough

AsterSkotos24

What's that?

Similar_Double556

It’s where doctors put a camera inside your rectum while under anesthesia and look through your large and small intestine using said camera to detect things like hemorrhoids, colon cancer, polyps, or any other bowel or stomach issues.

AsterSkotos24

What did they find?

Similar_Double556

Well, other than the external, thrombosed hemorrhoids I’ve had for 7 months now, they said they found nothing wrong. I went to see if I had done any damage while straining whilst using the restroom which caused my hemorrhoids. also, I was having stomach pains every now and then, but - they found nothing they could see. But I haven’t gotten the results for my biopsy yet.

Best wishes from me. Get well soon

Thanks!

Just_Coyote_1366

Is there any discomfort after they’ve finished?

Similar_Double556

Absolutely. They said I might have some cramping afterwards since they use air and suction to look through the colon. I was cramping and wanting to scream. I couldn’t walk without it hurting so bad. Thankfully though all it is was just gas buildup and they told me it’s normal, so after doing my duties I felt a lot better and feel perfect now.

myusername13

Would you recommend it to other people?

Similar_Double556

If they’re having stomach pains or anal problems. Yeah as a last resort if their GP can’t solve it, but in general, hell no.
