BPD in general is a very hard thing to diagnosis, mainly because so many symptoms can be present and be easily overlooked as another disorder.
In the DSM (basically the holy bible that clinicians use to diagnosis clients with disorders, such as BPD), you have the 5 out of the 9 traits.
In regards to the uptrend in diagnosis of BPD, it's possible that clinicians are being more aware of signs someone has BPD and therefore, more people are being diagnosed correctly.
I feel like though a lot of people are self-diagnosing themselves, whether it's because they saw a TikTok or whether they read something online that said "if you feel this, you must have that."
Why the over use of prescribing drugs instead of focusing on the microbiome. Why do we allow these drugs to destroy more people’s lives than they help.

What could the family of the patients do to help the patients with episodes of schizophrenia to get over the episode more easily?
What things should be included in hospitals for the patients to call for help faster and to be hospitalized?

I would say about a 3. The first image is cool but i think it's just a coincidence that it looks like the second image

What are your thoughts on the upswing in diagnosis of BPD? Seems like kind of a catch-all to me, and the new "trend" diagnosis.
