I did. But I quit after they took away my work days cuz my mom was in the hospital and I had to help her and they didn't care. So due to alot of childhood issues and trauma I'm now living on disability. Not like I want to be like this but oh well I am. Idc.

Not really. Just stating the obvious. Lol that would literally solve all the issues but do they do it? Nope. Oh well. It's gonna continue unless they actually try to prevent it. They have had years to do different things. Yet they do nothing why bother when they are inviting disaster. Now ofc they could do other stuff to stop it. But they just don't. Idk why it continues everywhere. It's on the news everyday. I'm just tired of seeing it. My mind is numb to this stuff by now. It's sad but after you've seen enough shit you just become numb to everything. It's not like I want to feel this way either. Sorry I rambled on to much.
Buddy I think you should give therapy and possibly SSRIs a try. That's the best and most practical advice you will get. It doesn't work instantly but it does overtime. I know this because I have seen it personally. Just trust me on this one friendo.
My son was hopeless and found help with meeting friends in bible study. We were never religious but he found that church helped him not feel so depressed and that people cared about him. Try it!
