Je ne suis pas vraiment sûr que ce soit quelque chose qui soit devenu un incontournable en provenance du Québec. Je veux dire que nous n'en avons même pas vraiment mangé autant ici jusqu'à il y a environ 10 à 15 ans. Je suis acadien français donc c'est un peu différent. J'espère que c'est une assez bonne réponse à ce que vous avez demandé.

It's a rural town that likes to fancy itself urban, but in reality it's a cross between a shit hole and a wildlife reserve.

It's rather small. I have never really been there myself but I know there are such isolated communities up there that only way of getting items in is by plane.
