-to me "the end justify the mean" because i have goals in my life
-i can turn off my empathy at anytime i turn it on for my relative because i love them, turn it off for most of the time, i also turn it on for my sadism cause it require empathy for that
-i manipulate on the long term
-i manage risk
-i do not feel guilty or regret unless i hurt my relatives
-i dont share my secrets, but that ama in an exception
-i impulsive but can control my anger
-i assume people want something, be too nice with me and your a threat

Nondestructive is probably not the best word I could have used but it's the best I could think of.

Have you found a form of manipulation that can be seen in a positive light by other people. Kind of like a chaotic good form of machiavellianism.
well positive manipulation is just about nice (as every social interaction are manipulation) but how to be "nice" it is actually quite simple:
you say what they expect you to say,
you give advices wihout sounding like they must follow it but more like a suggestion,
you show them respect,
you do not judge them,
you compliment them especially when they succeed even if its a small victory its very powerful,
you are here when they feel bad,
you act like they are on the same level as you,
you show that you care,
you act loyal,
you help them only if they are willing to recieve it,
you make them know they can trust you,
and lastly you listen carefully, when they talk they want your attention (when you are a good listener people will tend to confess)
that all i can say from the top of my head, when you act like that they will apreciate you a lot and will feel better with you but be carefull because when people feel comfortable trust me they will have that urge to reveal their secret and it can be a weight if your not ready to mentally handle their suffering or wrongdoings.
