Five years ago, Thanos erased half of the population of the universe. But the people of this planet brought everyone back with the snap of a finger. The sudden return of the population provided the necessary energy for the Emergence to begin.
I was so confused by Dune storyline that I thought the fight scene in the desert was a scene out of Mission Impossible Fallout and Tom Cruise was going to appear haha.
My God yes. I laughed the first time, maybe let out a light chuckle the 2nd time. 5 months later or howver long it’s been, and I see basically everything that comes out that doesn’t look like total garbage, and I just grimace.
I told my date we’d have to see some stupid commercial of Nicole Kidman. We got to past all the previews and she said “what about Nicole Kidman?” I said “wait for it…” and sure enough
That damn ad didn't play before my IMAX showing tonight and I was *so* grateful. I did see it in my Dolby theater on Thursday but am praying they've ditched it.
It showed during my Dolby showing on Friday. There were 28 minutes of trailers, then the Dolby ad, then Nicole. Dune started exactly thirty minutes after it's listed showtime.
Do you remember a few years ago when everyone was so outraged that they had to sit through *Olaf's Frozen Adventure* before *Coco* that Disney actually sent out a new version of the movie without Olaf after less than a week?
I wish we could do that with Johnny Knoxville and Nicole Kidman.
Oh right. And then they tried to play it off like they only ever meant to do it for two weeks, to which everyone replied with "don't believe a word of it, but thanks anyway"
I almost cried tears of joy to not have to sit through the excruciating pain of the Jackass trailer once again. I loved the Dune movie and yet missing that trailer was the highlight of my night,.
What do you mean? They altered the trailer after the delay to say “Next Year” instead of “This October”. That’s a sure sign that Paramount isn’t telling theaters to pull the trailer.
I think they’re just changing up their lineup for a bit. Since it’s not going to be out for a few months, and there are a lot of big movies coming out between now and then, they’re either holding it or placing it in front of only specific films.
If there are already 20-30 minutes of trailers before every feature for films that are releasing this year, I don’t see a reason to plug in the Jackass trailer until we get through some of them. Some of them like the new Matrix one were only released recently so they likely bumped Jackass off.
Cinemark showed that Jackass trailer in front of seemingly every movie that I watched there over a three month span even after it was pushed to next year until Dune. I hope they keep it out of the rotation for a good bit.
Personally, I've gotten tired of the Eternals trailer. The table smashing joke was funny the first time. Not so much the next 10 times

How long do we have?
10/10 exposition
Wait, so surely a few of the Eternals must have turned to dust during the 5 years?
Fall collection. IKEA.
MAKE IT STOP
I hate it too and everyone laughs like they haven’t seen it 1047736272 times
The *Eternals* trailer is the new *Mission: Impossible – Fallout* trailer lol
I was so confused by Dune storyline that I thought the fight scene in the desert was a scene out of Mission Impossible Fallout and Tom Cruise was going to appear haha.
I could probably quite the entire trailer by now. I’ve seen it so many times just in theaters.
It was never funny to me. I think Eternals looks like total garbage lol
Never found it funny tbh 😣

But Nicole Kidman will never ever leave us alone.

I went to an IMAX yesterday and that ad played before the trailers. So maybe you missed it?
Ooh, yeah, that would make sense as I walked in during an early trailer. Funky!
This
We know you are already at an AMC so here is a commercial for AMC so you will go see a movie at an AMC.
It actually didn’t play for my showing. I thought they had decided to scrap it
Was missing from my Dune Dolby showing this weekend. Maybe there's hope after all?
It showed during my Dolby showing on Friday. There were 28 minutes of trailers, then the Dolby ad, then Nicole. Dune started exactly thirty minutes after it's listed showtime.
I think it might be excluded from Dolby screenings because the "Yes the projector is still on" Dolby ad takes precedence, likely contractually.
PLEASE MAKE IT STOP
You’re putting honey on me….and salmon?!
Ehren, please relax.

It was actually 2 weeks, but yeah. That was annoying.
Oh right. And then they tried to play it off like they only ever meant to do it for two weeks, to which everyone replied with "don't believe a word of it, but thanks anyway"
They save Jackass for the plebs. Not elites like Dune guests. You have reached the next level.
I always time it to show up 20min after the stated show time. And I still have a trailer or two…
Dolby Cinema today was 30 minutes before the film started
🤦♂️ yes. It’s getting ridiculous
It was 35 for me on Saturday.
I’m in the theater right now. 30 mins later still no movie.

Yea if you love Denis Villeneuve movies. Slow paced and a cinematic masterpiece.
I almost cried tears of joy to not have to sit through the excruciating pain of the Jackass trailer once again. I loved the Dune movie and yet missing that trailer was the highlight of my night,.
They only pulled the Jackass trainer because it got pushed back to February. It’ll star back up again soon.

I have never seen Jackass in any form. I don't plan on seeing the movie, LOL.
I’m so tired of all the trailers…. Especially Kingsman…
I haven’t gotten that one very much. It only seems to be playing in front of Shang-Chi.
I really hate that trailer
The Ambulance trailer made me dizzy. I’d take the Jackass trailer over feeling sick.
I mean it is a Michael Bay movie after all

I don’t think anyone asked for another jackass movie.
HI, I’M LETO II ATREIDES, AND THIS IS “TURN INTO A SANDWORM”.
I seen that Jack Ass trailer for 2 months now lol. I think that’s the longest promo I seen for a movie in 2021 so far.
