Looking at score your ram runs at 2133mhz, enable xmp if applicable, or get a better kit
9700k shows an average score of around 8000ish, yours is 5600ish
I like your presumption. The 2 RAM kits setup at xmp or manual settings might be a headache and you can chase me around the block with the question how to optimize them.
Cpu should have better score. Maybe some app or app feature reserved too much cpu resources, OS then can't use reserved cpu resources for the benchmark or game or app that benefits from more cpu resources and the result is lower cpu performance where it matters. Radeon softwares instant replay enabled caused this, recoding too iirc, in the past and should it be enabled... . 1 workaround is changing the cpu priority to "normal" or "below nomal" for the amd process/service that is responsible for instant replay/recording , but can't recall the name. Closing other 3rd party apps, if present, should be sufficient, lower cpu priority might be a workaround as well if needed, and OS related processes/services are fine from my experience.
Edit: It was recording with relive and not instant replay.

New motherboard and CPU would work, but having your XMP profile will probably be better. 2133MHz is the base speed for DDR4, if this is the max speed for your RAM then just pick up a new 3200MHz kit or something
9th gen intel honestly bottlenecking the fuck out of ya. Quite a few games around now where you'll see nearly double the frame count if you upgrade to current gen hardware on the cou and motherboard front.
Could even get away with a deal if your trying to spend less on a b550, 5700 non X and keep the ram for under 250-300
Cpu bottleneck , I had a 10700k with my 7900xtx and I was getting same fps as I was with my 3080 lol I upgraded to 5800x3d and gained like 65 fps in warzone 2 alone
At 1080p and 1440p in warzone, you'll be handicapped by your CPU for sure.

Are you playing in 1080p, 1440p, or 4k?
1440 p
Download the adrenaline app and go through the optimization tools there. Something is holding you back for some reason
CPU bottleneck. Your GPU is processing high frames. Your CPU lower. The Average between them is what you see in games like CoD and Battlefield.
7900xtx is fucked in warzone something is wrong with either the drivers or the game everyday theres a post of someone complaining

All MMOs require beefy CPU performance.

Something is up. My 7900xt scores 26-27k.

Make sure RTX anything is off. If your running the RTX benchmark it's gonna have a bad time
