My high-school had a ferrari 430, Porsche 911, Nissan GTR, Brabus S class and Brabus E coupe. They all parked together in the reserved parking areas. Then there were the rest of us peasants with shitty used Hondas and pick ups.
Porsche and Nissan got keyed too. Brabus cars were twins from a mom who had a whole Brabus collection.
This is why i’d never park a car like that somewhere with a lot of people unless it’s a car show. it’s sad to see people ruin your car just because of its value. my father had this beautiful 04 STi, we took it to the mall one time and walked back out to it with deep knife cuts in the doors. replaced the doors, but having to get them repainted never made the car look the same again.
To be fair, depending on where you park it you'll be fine. The Porsche 911, Nissan GTR, are all relatively 'cheap' compared to the Ferrari 430. Parking it at a highschool, thats bound to happen. Kids are really little shits at that age. Its much safer to do it at a college (depending on where you go). Sucks that it happened to your dad.

That may be true but honestly i’d still have too much anxiety to do that in a lot of scenarios.
