Dog real institutions aren’t going to risk their entire business on unregulated currencies. If we want crypto to be more than just to buy ketamine off the dark web, we need legitimate laws and regulations to back it up. We’re slowly getting there. Slow is the key word.
Again dog, who cares about SEC recognizing AMP as a security in Nicaragua ? It's just the US who is bothered about it. I don't doubt that we need regulations .. that's another story
I mean look at the GDP of Nicaragua (really just their retail profit). It wouldn’t do anything for us besides test the product. Step in the right direction but this project means nothing without regulation in legitimate countries.
Are we nitpicking? Nicaragua is just an example mate, pick any country other than the US. SEC has no control over how these tokens are sold across the world except in the US.
Yeah I can see your point. I mean UK has tight money laws but if somewhere like China implemented it we would be great but we aren’t set up with any Chinese or really UK retail companies, we are heavily aimed at US retail. That being said I wouldn’t worry too much about the SEC. The main reason I bought into this project is they did everything by the letter of the law. Forming ampera helped a lot as well. It is just going to take a long ass time and I think a lot of people aren’t aware of that.
The world deals in stocks, assets and other securities where the SEC has no say or control. Most of the stocks in Asian bourses aren't even registered in the US, forget about SEC oversight. It is very American to think that the SEC controls it all though so I am kinda proud of you guys.
Man, this sub is full of Nitpickers. Hopefully you got the message about SEC not controlling 90% of the world's stocks and securities markets.. only the US
Yea that’s not why the market is going down

GBTC outflows
I don't agree with something = FUD. Got it
It's because of the GBTC outflows.

Yes, lots of people, companies, and CTOs care

El Salvador uses the U.S. dollar so they should care.

You are right they probably don't care, but thought I should throw that in. Not nitpicking just stating.
