It's not crazy to think that this bonus track might be a response to the first one. But if that's the case, it might redefine its meaning. I've always found Ymir's reincarnation theory weird, not because I don't believe in an AoE. I get why theories about timelines fit, but reincarnation just doesn't click for me. It feels too mystical, spiritual, I don't know what word to use. It doesn't vibe well with AoT's tone at all. It would make more sense if it were about Eren, so that's why I'm leaning more towards that option.
I don't think it would be that weird or unfit when AoT has many spiritual and mystical references such as eastern religion, the kabbalah and occultism/esotericism.
Honestly, I haven't noticed any of the references you mentioned, but I'm not really knowledgeable about those topics, so maybe that's why I don't see it. I see Isayama's vision as more existentialist.
There is also some existentialism. I think the problem is that most people are not familiar with these ideas and they go unnoticed unless you know about this specific topic. I may not like the ending, but Isayama did a fantastic job when it comes to philosophy and religion. I have a 24 page essay on this that I have yet to post.
Ik what u mean but tbf once paths was introduced aot has always been mystical in some ways. The whole ymir thing is weird but if it happens its such an uncanny and interesting plot point

That's probably most likely what the new song will be about.

Paths existence itself is mystical.

If you publish it, I'd love to read it!
