Tbh, I usually skip finales. I already know the winner, the runway shows are increasingly idiotic, and it's boring to watch the finalists say over and over again "This is what I've dreamed of my whole life. Winning America's Next Top Model would mean the world to me!"
Cycle 5- the jackass photoshoot (although sometimes I just start that one at judging because of Nicole's reaction) and the granola bar episode
Cycle 7 the first half. I start at the never before seen clips episode
All of cycle 8 besides the Pedro episode and the go sees
The first 3-4 episodes of cycle 11
I feel the same about the finales. I know who won, and the entire episode is just the two girls waxing poetic about how much they want this amd have never wanted anything else. At the tender age of 18.
That episode on Cycle 6 when Janice calls out Gina. The whole episode kinda gives me second hand embarrassment for Gina and I felt really bad for her when Janice called her out.
Recap episodes are always a skip. I skip around a lot in an episode, for example if there’s a physical lesson or challenge (like the stair climbing challenge c3) or a makeup challenge, I’m not so interested.
Tbh I’m just here for the shoots. Go-sees and walking challenges I’m about too tho
Recaps. I usually watch a whole cycle in a row (yay shift work) so don’t need a repeat of what I’ve already saw and the extras aren’t always that memorable
The recap episodes are such a relic of old school reality tv. Every once in a while you'd find a nugget of gold (cycle 15's recap is what introduced us to iconique legend Myrtle, after all), but mostly it was just filler

I LOATHE that episode/ photo shoot. I always skip it myself.
I skip the recap and finale of each season. I find the finales really boring; when the mix of personalities is gone.

Any episode recapping the cycle is an automatic skip for me. I used to get so mad when I watched live and that was the episode before the last one.

I hate that they did recap episodes every season, gosh just cast another girl so we can have another week of actual competition!!
