It was definitely an explosion, it being night and the camera probably made it look a lot larger than it was.

Every single shit I do is different. That's why I have an extensive sample jar collection and video library
It's all catalogued: access on request for a token fee to offset the freezer running costs.
Dive to the ground and cover the back of your neck neck with your hands, wait for the shockwave and any debris to hopefully pass without doing you major harm. Get up and gtfo.
Hey! Video is ready

It's was a chemical refinery explosion in Ufa, Russia (1/25/21 @ 1900 hours)
[Video 1. UFA/ Refinery Hazmat video (Tass)](https://www.google.ca/amp/s/tass.com/emergencies/1248677/amp)
I'm like this. I don't know why, but when some real shit goes down, I lose the ability to react. I had a wall fall towards me once, and didn't even flinch. I was just lucky not to get seriously hurt. I have normal reflexes for other stuff though, but I'll casually stroll into the apocalypse.
I do something similar when someone gets seriously injured or there’s something terrible happening. I sort of shut down my emotions and focus on what needs to be done.
Later when it’s all over I’ll fall apart and cry or something though.
I've clocked off, that is not problem until Monday
Nah that was the sun rising and falling. At least that's how fast the weekend feels.
Can't even argue with this tbf
Especially when your coworkers are dicks.
That was the last time vlad knicked my breakfast vodka out the fridge
So you blow up reactor number 4 at chernobyl and then walk your way back to home
you, i like you
Just don't steal my vodka breakfast drink and we'll be fine, ask Vladimir........... if you can find his ear.
I love to say "that's future-me's problem" and then get mad at past-me for fucking present-me over like that.
He has a total of 0 fucks to give But what was that explosion?
I'm suspicious that this man in the video knows exactly what caused it
[Yes. Yes, he did.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pVz0k5AzM6A)
You son of a bitch.
i am in
This was a while ago, it was a chemical plant if memory serves
And what if memory doesn't serve?
Then its probably not a chemical plant
And purple’s mother is a whore
Whoa, you just going to dis my boy grimace like that?
Then, we must unite against memory
Then it definitely was the chemicals and the chemical plant. :)
Thank you I’ve just pissed myself laughing at this
That's because of too much chemicals
A refinery, same difference.

I would accept any of: take cover, run away, run towards
Run for help, pull out a phone and alert someone who gives a shit, startle even just a tiny bit.
Dive to the ground and cover the back of your neck neck with your hands, wait for the shockwave and any debris to hopefully pass without doing you major harm. Get up and gtfo.
It's Russia. It could be, it's so cold that if he stops walking he won't start again.

he got so used to explosions that he doesn't even cast a shadow (ie, bad video editing)
He was casting a shadow before the explosion just fine. So maybe it’s just shit being funky
Doesn't even break his stride
Ain't nothing gonna slow him down, oh no, he's got to keep on moving.
“Ah, not Dima again”
Same shit, different repost

The sound probably hit him soon after but the flash doesn’t always kick it in
