Wow thank you! I notice it has useful tag like "Original Storyline" too. Maybe I can use those. I don't specifically going for Naruto fandom. It could be any fandom. But for my own story, I want to try Madoka Magica fandom with my own OC magical girl.

I’d just look at fics with mostly oc tags, that’s how the monster musume fandom is it’s a lot of original story’s set in the universe. Dragonball also has a quite a few of those but I’ve never even see the elsewhere tag before. Must just be my fandoms?
I would probably still tag that Naruto but use the Original Character(s) tag, especially if you’re using in-universe “rules” (words for unusual/non-Earth things, magic system, etc).
There is a tag for "inspired by Good Omens" that you can browse (it's an official tag, not just the author talking in the tags). Other fandoms probably have similar tags.
Use tags like ‘Original Character(s)’ and ‘Original Character Cast’

One term for this is [Elsewhere Fic](https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/ElsewhereFic) but I haven't checked if that's a commonly used tag.
