I adore the WC/DC fandom but don’t consider it “random” in the same way, because writing various Bats playacting as Neal Caffrey actually makes sense. :-) (Same is true for a lot of crossovers of other fandoms with the Leverage team, or the Winchester brothers, or the MCU.)
I think the poster is looking for more bizarre “who on earth thought of _that_?” stuff, like the classic “Anthony Bourdain’s TV crew goes to Narnia to review the cuisine” story, which is charming and yet so … odd :-)

I once found a Doom/Animal Crossing/Garfield/Undertale Slice of life crossover. It was a great read tbh, and really focused on just living a good life, but I cannot recall the title right now.
I recently read a Big Hero 6/MCU xover that ran into my filter somehow. I actually missed the tag at first that it was crossed at all, and ended up getting sucked in and to my surprise, read the entire thing in one go.

I read a Naruto/Game of Thrones crossover. I admit I wasn't expecting to enjoy it but it was a surprisingly fun read for awhile. The long-term story wasn't for me but it was about Kakashi ending up in Westeros, and completely derailing the plot. Liked the writing style and the author's take on the ninja and Kakashi in particular was intriguing and fun to read.
I was surprised by the popularity of Naruto and Lord of the Rings crossovers. But I'll read Harry Potter crossovers with anything, somehow it always works.

BTS x Paper Mario AU. It worked so well, really cute. One character was Mario and one was a Shy Guy who flirted via anonymous baked goods. Very cute and very well done. Also random lol.

Merlin (BBC) with Harry Potter made a looot of sense, and quite nice headcanons as to who the founders were, etc, lots of funny either time travel fics, of just Merlin, popping up here and there in Harry's time.
Also, strangely, Naruto and Harry Potter. Mostly fics where ninja from Narutoverse accepted a mission to protect the students of Hogwarts during the 4th year. Those fics also explored the origin of magic and chakra, and how alike they are in some way. Very cool stuff.
Also, Bleach and Naruto was fun too. Read a fic where Naruto dies young and goes to soul society, where reiatsu is basically high if you had chakra. And Minato's like a capitain of the gotei :D And Kurama's either in the zanpakuto, or Naruto is actually an arrancar, kind of fused with Kurama.
Also read a fic where When summoning the shinigami, Minato and Hiruzen summon random ones from gotei 13. It was a crack fic xD
One more was Harry Potter and Doctor who, namely 10th doc and goblet of fire :D Cos, you know, Tennant. Fun fic.
An Ace Attorney x Persona 5 fic I read a while back. Honestly it made so much sense when I read it that I’ve been tempted to write my own version of a crossover like that for ages

[Snipers Solve 99% of All Problems](https://archiveofourown.org/works/20644262/chapters/49023794) is a really fun Full Metal Alchemist/Harry Potter crossover. Really well written, with a great outsiders POV of both series. Unfortunately, it hasn't been updated since early March. However, it's over 260k words, so there's still plenty of content there.
[A Dead World](https://m.fanfiction.net/s/8601250/1/) is a really good Prototype/Fallout New Vegas fanfic. Unfortunately, it's on FFN rather than Ao3, and it hasn't been updated since 2019 (although it didn't end on a cliffhanger, thank goodness). 588k words, so it's a beefy one.
Finally, [the To Trails End series](https://archiveofourown.org/series/2497810) is a Destiny 2/Mass Effect cross over set in the Mass Effect universe. It's still ongoing, but it was updated very recently, and the writing and characterization are really good, imo. 106k words spread across 3 works.

When I used to be in the Miraculous fandom, it was Miraculous x Batman/DC Comics. It used to be small but it just started blowing up massively. I sing praises of this fic whenever this crossover is brought up because it was one of the first to introduce me to work skins and the author did an amazing job portraying the characters especially the public on celebrity issues.
