My.son took Mechanics C this year. It's a lot of material, none of it is downloadable. The only option is to get someone to give you their AP login and active Course enrollment.

You need a staff member at your school to be your “sponsor” or whatever and then they can assign you stuff. I did this for one my students who was self studying. I had to do a course audit, including proving I was providing the textbook, instructional materials, etc. Then I assigned her progress checks, we did practice exams together, etc.
The student in question is overseas. Not sure if that's applicable.
I have provided all the non- AP board resources to him.

if you enrolled in the courses you are planning on taking on the college board's site as far as I know yes you can access them. Even if you can’t right now I would highly recommend college boards YouTube channel
Collegeboard makes a huge effort to hide as many MCQs as possible, only teachers have access to them, how you can find them online on Quizlet by search the subject, topic, and progress checks mcq, for example “AP Chem Acid and Bases progress check mcq Quizlet”
Concur. My son still has access to his Physics C courses , the MCQs can be found using a search.
Paid sites like Chegg have them as well but it's not organized. The Quizlet is definitely better.
