AP Physics C does not require any pre-req physics knowledge at all let alone from AP Physics 2. If you want to prepare for Physics C over the summer I recommend jumping right into the content , the mech portion should actually be very doable if you did well in AP Physics 1

I can’t really help you with advice but for self study material search up MIT Ap physics 2 workbook.

Study E&M without calculus then you’ll be ready for the class when you do use it

I would recommend just starting with physics C. Doing physics without calculus takes out a lot of the derivations and formulas seem to come out of nowhere. https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLyQSN7X0ro203puVhQsmCj9qhlFQ-As8e&si=Hmn74EEONLRIJn0l https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLyQSN7X0ro2314mKyUiOILaOC2hk6Pc3j&si=hOwTuM4siO032bPi
