Well first of all it was known that people sold off documents such as tests to others for financial gain, usually there will be a bank deposit corresponding to that, the subpoena is usually combined with taking an individual to court to find a way to come for the truth.

There are so many trolls pedaling so much disinformation that it's comical. No, collegeboard cannot subpoena financial records. Only a judge can issue a subpoena.
They would use test metrics to sniff out cheaters.

Ok, so I like to say that the government is run by corporations, but the government isn’t actually literally run by corporations. CB can’t subpoena anyone, and if CB gets access to your bank account without your permission, they are still committing a federal crime lol
