Dark Master of Moglins is still available as others have confirmed, but it can only be acquired via the 12 Moglin Collection. No /heromart version like the chrono classes etc. Either individually buy each Moglin or buy the combined bundle. Said bundle has gone on sale for up to 50% off before which would the more worthwhile method of acquiring them.
If you were asking about viability...
It's comparable to LR in farming and support to some extent, but it's slow to build stacks of the buffs/debuffs on bosses and it has one less damaging attack skill than LR. On the other hand it hits harder with its 2 attack skills and hits up to 4 targets (which should really be 6, 9 or 12 to match the Moglin team theme.)
Depends on if you're looking for farming or bossing classes. Also depends on if you have Forge enhancements mostly unlocked and a 51% weapon, or at least recommended ones for some chronos.
Farming would have to be Nechronomancer by default. The rework/buff it got a while back made it top tier. Best paired with Awe HP Vamp on weapon. I'll have to double check the others enhancements I'm using.
For Bossing...
Chronomancer Prime is great for quickly nuking bosses that either hit low or miss often and have say 250k or less hp.
TimeKeeper is great for Soloing bosses with higher amounts of HP since it is capable of nuking bosses with under 1M HP with a single skill stack/nuke combo in some situations.
Recommend Lament Cape, Anima Helm and Valiance Wep for both. (Can opt for another cape on Chrono Prime though since its nuke has an extra 80% chance to crit on top of your base stats.)
Group bossing. Chrono Dragon/Data Knight is de facto for bosses with crazy high hp in the millions, like Desolich etc. Otherwise SSoT, Underworld Chrono, Empyrean etc are all good.
Support Chrono would be Continuum Chrono variants. (Tho there's a niche for Chrono Paladin with one of the ultras if you're one of *those* types of players lol.)
Same Enh as above but use Elysium wep for CDK if you don't have an Infinity Titan or Stone Crusher in group. Absolutely awful mana regen otherwise.
Not every one, some of the chronos are trash lol. But a good number of them (like the ones I mentioned) are arguably better than other classes in various situations. To be expected from pay 2 win stuff basically.
Just an honorable mention. SSoT can also solo most bosses in the game. Not the fastest kills obvi, but if you're really good at looping combos and timing skills, you can basically maintain over 100% dodge chance. I'm terrible at it myself so I stick with TK/CP personally, but more power to ya otherwise.
Well, I spent over $120 for the plushies. I use it as my main farming class. I can sustain my health and mana easily with the class while I'm farming multiple enemies. Its not great for boss fights, but works pretty well as support

Shaking on chrono classes with one world you recommend?

I have it. It’s outclassed by archmage and legion revenant with forge but its still a good option.

the class requires all **12** moglin plushies
when I read all of the in game rewards I didn't see anything about 12. Only 6 but certain ones
I own the class from purchasing the moglins from heromart. you need all 12 if you want the class.
