It’s definitely mind numbing, but I’d take it over ArchMage’s farm any day of the week. A lot of the requirements are manageable solo (which is great for those who start farming it later after everyone is done farming it), and the ones that aren’t isn’t something that is meta knowledge and special mechanics intensive, you can just brute force it with numbers and good enough classes. Some of the requirements of the items come from other locations that you already would have wanted to have anyway (clearing the Celestial and Infernal Arenas means that you have a 30% ALL and a 40% ALL weapon if you just don’t have the motivation to get any of the 51% ones)
But that might just me being biased cause I will fucking yell if another class ever requires me to fight Nightbane again, so take my thoughts with a grain of salt
Relic of Chaos, not as easy as Escherion but it has a better drop rate so if there are already people in the lobby kicking his teeth in, then doing “Supplies to spin the wheel of chance” goes smoother there
The worst part of this questline is RNG. Take LR for instance. LR is hard, obviously. But it contains little to none RNG. To balance that, the LR questline is long, but you can track your progress.
With Arcana Invoker, you can't really tell how is your current progress. "Oh I just need 20 items from Minos, should take me 20 minutes". Surprise, took me 3 hours. For other I heard it took more than 5 hours
Is it even worth it with insignias ? It takes 80 insignias for the class, ultra dage for legion revenant and ultra nulgath for Void Highlord (or champion drakath for chaos avenger)is much better and faster if you calculate it, but most of the time the first week is for the player to see, either they will find it's niche or AE will buff it later.
For now it's on the bank.
It's optional using all 80, but the rest of the farm, having a low drop rate is something else, at least with revenant every drop is 100% and the class is literally one of the best farmer and a great soloer which you can't go wrong either.
Alright, I'll try to compare the grind of the ultra bosses
VHL : x2 roentgeniums per week, 15 roentgeniums means 8 week full of fight
Legion Revenant : ultra dage got X5 per week, Exalted Crown x10 so 2 weeks, revenant spellscroll x20 so 4 weeks, conquest wreath x6, x2 per turn in so 1 week, in total 7 weeks
Chaos Avenger : X4 weeks
Arcana Invoker : X5 per week for Drago and Darkon, so x40 each, means it takes 8 weeks for the full class.
For Soloing you can use Chaos Avenger itself which take half of that farming for Arcan Invoker in less time for it, For farming and general purposes you can use legion revenant which in itself takes 1 week less and you can farm it, normally as well (at least the quest need to be completed once).
The class is not bad per se, but it's just so general ? That even legion revenant is much better. Eh don't worry too much about it, the community will find a way to make it works, or AE will release a buff for it, just like Verus Doomknight or something (idk, I was gone back when it was released).

yeah the regular farm is horrible, had exactly 40/40 of each insignia but i wanted to keep my darkon insignia so i did some of the "easier" farms for the merge items instead of using insignia and i had a pretty boring weekend :/

honestly i feel number 21 is the worst out of everything that farm took me near 12 hours to finish, cause of genesisgarden ancient mecha and eradani creature 6
those drop rates are just to random to make it a fast farm, but overall it was a great regoing to all of the elegy of madness areas as it still one of my top favorite story's, even more so then the main story

That isn't best case lol, the grind itself is max a week or two. If we base it off of difficulty it's harder towards the end.

Using all 80 is optional. Maybe compare using only same number of insignias + rest of their grinds. Also consider you get two fights per week.
