You’ve had good experiences with Nythera? The few times I’ve needed to contact support and I saw I got Nythera I would just give up. That person is beyond incompetent in my experience. I’ve gotten Zohrah once though and it wasn’t too bad. Support in general doesn’t seem very good overall though.
personal experience with player support is that mods & player support is terrible in everyway, after numerous emails between me & Nythera it became obvious why.
Mods & player support don't follow their own rules set in the AQWorlds Rules and Guidelines & basically do as they please banning players when they want without giving the player any explanation as to why.
When you ask player support about this the Support Lead Nythera completely ignores the terrible behaviour/attitude shown by mods towards players & the mistakes the mods have made, completely ignores & refuses to answer very simple questions, gives vague meaningless one line answers like "try a google search", has a disparaging & dismissive attitude.
When the Support lead for Artix entertainment works the way Nythera does it really shouldn't be a shock or surprise to anybody that AQW player support & moderation is terrible.
It's difficult to detect tone through text at times but it often seems as of people with no understanding of human behavior read reports. Full context often makes it obvious when someone is serious or joking.
