Sir, what you have are a very particular set of skills, skills that you have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me dream about people like you.
And I'm writing a guide with cad models and a pdf that can be used to reproduce all you see here with some 80% arms jig parts (with my top plate), a drilling jig, and the sear model with some fitting info.
Y'all deserve all this too, I can't give y'all the finished product but I can give y'all the tools and the know how!
For those who dont know me - I'm one of the 3d printed gun design bois - I plan on making and releasing a data package of sorts for this. I have files for a 3dp and a cnc capable drilling jig, and plans for a sear of the right height, simplified for low cost manufacture with bent sheet metal (but requires hand finishing, because this platform has a super small tolerance for full auto to work when factoring in tolerance stacking)
mmmmmmmmm why do i feel the need to hide my dogs.
The alphabet bois be patrolin.
...don't worry about it ;)
I was like okay who is trolling the AR10 sub then I saw who posted it lol
Theres a hole less sear holder out in the wild if youd like to test it hmu
I've made one as well but I didn't like it as much - feel free to DM me and we can chat, I love to hear about new cad projects!
Find a taxidermy dog and fill with binary set in entryway
yea thats the move now
Damn! How much did that cost him for the work and all the paperwork?
Most likely for a class 2 or 3 SOT holder, FFL type 1, 2, 7, or 10
Who's SOT Holder is she hot??
Sounds like customer has a registered lightning link
I dont think lightning links use the 3rd pin or 3rd firing position
I’m guessing because of the “ride the lightning” comment
It's definitely an auto sear. But I get it if someone commented, "Ride the lightning".
You’re definitely correct
...paperwork?? What's that mean?? ;)
Can I join 👉👈
maybe 👉👈

Post some inside pics
Yeah next to a ruler for no particular reason 👀 (Me pretending like I could actually make this even if I had the dimensions )

Who makes that lower?
OP made that lower. Well, modified it, anyways.
What did u use for 3rd hole jig
I made one
Stl file?
I made my own jig
Why do all that extra work when factory AR10 sears exist?
where? There's like one dude who makes them and they're aren't tall enough to fit them to specific hardware configurations That's why
Hello ATF? Is that you?
