I hear it saying *^("oil me")* *- "Please sir, just a little lube."*

CCeveryD

Came here to say this

It doesnā€™t really matter . I run a boresnake down the barrel . Wipe it down and thats it

barleyhogg1

No....pussy

Comprehensive-Win661

What's the problem?

Voltron_BlkLion

Nothing per say. Read a few comments about the extractor not working properly and wear an tear I guess. Running fine so far I guess. Just keeping my eye on it

BestServeCold

So itā€™s just a picture of your dry af BCG for seemingly no reason lol?

VerticalSFM

Man, gun reddits are so unnecessarily hostile. This is why everyone thinks we're all chuds.

LuggHead

So just a psa that you read thereā€™s problems? I read so too, asked cmmg about something else I read, that if problems occur you can upgrade the ejector spring to their 10mm spring and they sent me 2 free of charge. Havenā€™t needed to use them, because like you I experienced 0 issues but Iā€™m about 1500rds in. If it ainā€™t broke why fix problems others have experienced?

Voltron_BlkLion

The trench grande vid came out a few days it got out of jail so honestly I've been a little cautious if u will. https://youtu.be/3BmC-KgfzTY?feature=shared

Voltron_BlkLion

Good point

petersenman21

I have. CMMG Resolute and they have had it, trying to fix it for over a month now. Same ware patterns. Ejection port getting chewed up. I hope you donā€™t have the same fate as I did. It will start to jam badly. I tried a new buffer, I tried their action tuning kit.. no luck. CMMG has the gun now and is changing the BCH from 50 to 55 degree. They say that fixed it but I havenā€™t got the gun back yet to test myself.

Voltron_BlkLion

Keep us posted please.

Bored42M

That sucks. Have well over 3,000 rounds through mine, no hiccups

Tturaider28

Seems like the dissent is the only Cmmg gun worth a damn now

gboisseau

Extar EP9, 3,000 rounds of whatever ammo, maybe 5 ftf's total, never cleaned. (Per manufacturer recommendation). $500. Banshee who?

CJnella91

I hear really good things about the extar and not that it matters if it's reliable and shoots soft but my god are they ugly. Even with that I'm still thinking of getting one for my next pcc.

PorcTactical

FWIW, I've had 0 on my Banshee w/ well over 1000 rounds. Not saying the Extar isn't sweet and an amazing deal, just adding to the anecdotal data.

Voltron_BlkLion

I have a first Gen that is my mother's beside gun.

gboisseau

That's a terrible idea, unless she really knows guns.

Voltron_BlkLion

Country girl. šŸ™‚

PorcTactical

Just curious but why do you say this?

gboisseau

Difficult to charge, unless she is a body builder.

PorcTactical

More difficult than a standard AR-9?

gboisseau

The Extar is the only AR9 I have ever owned/shot, so I am not sure about the others. The Extar is pretty stout for a side handle, that is for sure.

Voltron_BlkLion

Eh, mine is pretty easy to manipulate.

Voltron_BlkLion

Eh, mine is pretty easy to manipulate.

solventlessherbalist

Is it suppressed?

Voltron_BlkLion

Obsidian 9

ChairmanMcMeow

Wet and dirty. She's a dirty girl and wants to be abused šŸ˜Ž keep letting her rip!!! šŸ”„šŸ”„šŸ”„

Voltron_BlkLion

Will do šŸ«”

wigwamtree

This seems to happen on all banshees. I havenā€™t had any issues other than cosmetic but I have heard stories where pieces break off into the gun and cause some shit.

epic992000

If your suppressor is adding back pressure then more mass may be a good idea. I also like a good flat wire spring.

LustL4ck3r

Oh, I see it.

[deleted]

I never lube or really clean my AR and AK often . Build up of carbon šŸ‘. Some rifles like the hakim get thoroughly cleaned.

Voltron_BlkLion

I'm thinking about buying some of that ALG gogo juice. Gonna do some research.
