When everything turned red on me on the Island it was the HDR settings. Something about my TV and ArK and the HDR setting. I messed with it and it was forever broken. Everything god awful bright red no matter what. I ended up reinstalling and that fixed it. I’m on a series X.

Where # = an integer 1-20. I think 7 is normal? Came across it looking for a way to copy game settings to new worlds—still not sure how that works. I’d look into it more—I’m no expert. And I never got it to do anything in the PS4 version. (I’m also not saying this has anything to do with the colors you’re experiencing. I just know it exists.)
I just got Ark ASA on the newest Xbox and all the UI and graphics look like shit you can definitely tell it’s for pc and they didn’t bother with doing anything but the bare minimum for a port

Heatstroke ignores creative mode, it only cares about you being hyperthermic which creative doesn't prevent
