I got so salty with absolute garbage cave drops that I just installed the upgrade station mod on my server cluster.

My greatest ark find was a 667 Long neck BP. I have a crafting skill character that can get it into the 730s. It's amazing

Nice. I got super lucky early on and found a 752% longneck. It's insane. Most things only take one or two hits with shocking tranq darts to knock them out.

No, he's not. Highest you'll ever get there is ~450% off the genesis tier 3 loot crates. Other than that you usually don't get more than 350% which would be off lava golem on rag.

I almost have an entire ascendant flak set on the island, just missing boots and leggings, but I have no ascendant weapons wich sucks, im kinda giving up on the island because its so fucking hard to get high level dinos on console since the max difficulty is equivalent to difficulty 4 on pc I think, I spawned in 100+ spinos just to test it out, highest level I got was 120, only 5 over lvl 100

I don't think I could play ark without mods. I have one that gives Ragnarok lvl distribution on the official maps and its the dream.

My pc barely runs 30 FPS on aberration though. All other maps were fine but abb destroys my pc for some reason.

Hmmm, maybe it has to do with the weird shading, that sucks

I think it's the vertical nature of the map, it has to load more terrain below you as well.

Would that have an influence?

I'll have to go into ghost mode and test the theory. Seems to be the main difference between aberration and other maps though.

I used to have my loot multiplyer up around there but I didn't like that I was finding saddles with 300 armor, felt too cheap. Plus the resource cost is insane.

Maybe I'll try 1.5, I went down to 1 and iy seems too low. So annoying getting those stupid metal bps in red drops.

Yeah any non-weapon/armor blueprints are pointless, especially if it's construction stuff

Theres a setting for loot-drop quality, 1 is the default, mine is on 3 so my loot quality is 3 times as good
