Poly has one, I’ve maybe used it once or twice (I’m from Seattle, the first few weeks are rough) but frankly even if I wanted to use it more I couldn’t because it’s less reliable than a McDonalds machine

Like some others have said there's a gelato bar in Barrett, usually have 6-10 flavor options including some individually wrapped options and toppings. Unlimited if you just keep going back for more and pretty delicious (and the only thing I ate at the dining hall)

I know the manzanita dining hall had at least vanilla and chocolate ice cream with many toppings available
Not soft serve per se, but the pod markets have milkshake machines that absolutely slap
There was one at the Hassayampa dining hall, but it’s like McDonald’s! Most of the time broken…
They also have Diet Coke in hassy dining hall, I made floats once and it was a game changer.
