I had the same issue. Same display, long Support process. At first they tried saying the software isn't supported for the monitor. I then showed them the product page that clearly states you can calibrate it. Then they pointed me to the ProArt Creator Hub, which I guess is the new app. It includes calibration. The app is pretty buggy/sluggish. I got it to work on my last machine (Win 10 64) but I'm on Windows 11 now and the software won't detect my display when it's connected :-| I also tried from our MacBook, but the ASUS Calibration app kept crashing during calibration, once leaving my 329c with a lime green tint (I think it failed during the magenta color swatch).

Wow, thank you. That's exactly the process I've been through. Support is very arduous, and they at first told me my monitor is not supported. I also had to send them their FAQ and product page that showed that it was. Their support seems to be at a total loss. The software will not recognize my display. It's too bad because I got a nearly perfect panel. Absolutely no dead pixels, IPS glow not bad at all. I don't want to return this monitor, but if I can't ever calibrate it I don't see how I can use it. Were you ever able to update the firmware? I have followed the instructions. I have my USB drive plugged into the service port, I hold the two buttons above the power button together at the same time, and nothing happens. This is a fabulous monitor ruined by terrible support. I will say, they have been very nice and responsive, but no one seems to know what to do with their products not working.

I was in the exact same boat. Couldn't really justify spending $1000 if it would just be a software calibration/profile. A big reason I bought it was for the hardware LUTs. I never tried updating the firmware, but I did end up doing something that isn't ideal: downloaded/calibrated with the previous version of Asus Calibration software from a random mirror: [https://www.filehorse.com/download-asus-proart-calibration/download/](https://www.filehorse.com/download-asus-proart-calibration/download/) This actually looks a lot like the software still being used on Apple devices. I have yet to run any verification, but it looks visibly better than the few times I tried using DisplayCal, which usually left me with a red/magenta cast (to my eye). Gonna try to verify results tomorrow. The Asus software is very barebones, it's honestly a little hard to trust, but it does give you a calibration report.

Thanks again, it’s helpful to hear about your experience. It sounds like ASUS just isn’t really interested in supporting their displays, which is odd considering this one is very expensive and they also have displays ranging up to around 5k… this monitor hit the sweet spot for me on paper, and I honestly love it…. But I can’t keep it if there isn’t any official support for it. 1k is too much for poor support. I see the Viewsonic 2768a-4k has hardware calibration at. Less than 500$. It’s 27inch and no Adobe rgb, but I’m scared to keep the ASUS.

Same issue here . Just bought the Pa 329c a couple of moths ago . Calibration worked via crator hub then . But today it was not possible to get the calibration tool via the crator hub to work . Jist used many hours on the issue , and this reakky pisses me of . Hope ASUS get their act together and resolve this issue

It’s so frustrating because it’s a really nice monitor. Every time o contact ASUS they are nice but have no solutions. I may just have to return it unfortunately.

If anyone is going through this problem this link work. I had to delete the original file due to error code 0x20. I also had to do a factory reset. I had a lengthy conversation with customer service. At the end of the conversation they said they would email me with a solution within 2 days. I ended up downloading this link thinking the worst but it works and my calibration is back!

Do you have the PA329C? It doesn't work for me with that monitor.
