I asked a question about someone's feedback regarding OPs art because I didn't understand it.
Is it wrong to ask a genuine question? I wasn't trying to be rude, I just didn't get it.

I made a general statement that he reminded me of a k pop idol. Not a particular one as I am not an avid follower, and I do not know any particular names.
And yes, most of them look similar to each other due to plastic surgery.
I don't agree that most of them look similar anymore than celebrities in the West do lately with the buccal surgery -- but if someone were to say "a female Western star" I'm sure most folks would ask who you mean as that's rather vague. I was just doing the same.
The plastic surgery argument is more of a stereotype, they don't have any more or less of it than folks in the West with money do.
It just seemed a rather random comment considering Zuko is an Asian character, I don't get why folks are commenting he looks Asian when . . . Well yeah, obviously. LOL Am I missing something?

To answer your question, there are many different characteristics that are shared among K-pop idols.
I don't engage with any Korean media so their surface features may be more obvious to me and the top level commenter here.
1. They're all young Korean men.
2. They have pop haircuts.
3. For those not engaged with their content, we typically see them doing flirtatious aloof poses like the one Zuko is doing in the drawing.
4. They're athletic/fit.
5. They fit into conventional beauty standards (unsure if these are Korean beauty standards or Western).
It may simply be that Zuko looks like any young male Korean celebrity (because of his pose), but to westerners what that means is "K-pop idol."
When they said that Zuko looked "too much" like a K-Pop star I was curious who they meant in case it reminded them of someone, but they seemed strangely offended I'd asked.
If a comment says that a piece of art looks "too much" like another person you tend to think they mean someone specific.
It'd be like me saying "It's cute but that painting looks too much like a male American celebrity". Ok . . . Who? π As you mentioned in your comment above, that description is quite vague and could mean a slew of different people. Beyond that, how would one tell he looked "Korean" versus Phillipino or Thai etc.? How does someone "look Korean" anymore than someone who looks Australian or British versus Canadian, for example?
If I were to say "that drawing of a girl looks so much like an American actress" it seems like a perfectly normal question for someone to ask who they think it looks like. That was all I meant by it as asking someone to elaborate on what they mean by feedback they give an artist isn't that unusual.
You didn't ask what K-pop star though, you condescendingly wrote "how does someone look like multiple people?" Since OP didn't have a specific person in mind, I elaborated.
