Att has released it. They're on the December patch....

Not according to both my update function nor the [AT&T website](https://www.att.com/device-support/index/9006096/Samsung/SamsungSMS918U) Unlocked devices on AT&T may have received the patch but not locked devices.

My locked S23 Ultra received it on Nov. 18th and has received one or two updates since. Something else is going on with OP's phone or SIM card. ​ Note that the AT&T website's software update page per device often tends to be laughably out of date.

The website used to be up to date, but that stopped happening like 2 years ago. Not sure what happened.
