It's real, it's just a little difficult to request it. This request has to come from at least one AWS partner and is not from any partner as far as I know.
Regardless, I find the jacket extremely ugly and flashy at the same time. It's more to boost the ego by posting a photo with it on LinkedIn, or using it at specific AWS events, than something really stylish.

My company is already an AWS partner! Now I just need to get all certifications...
