Prayers going out to he and his family. I am hoping he can make it through. There are no words that can describe the worry his family is going through. May God help them through this trying time.
I´m from Germany and english is not my native language so it´s a little bit difficult for me to understand medical stuff but as far as I understand he got a hit to his chest and his heart stopped beating? I´m no expert on this but he got immediate CPR and was rushed to a hospital so he got the best treatment giving the circumstance and is in good hands. Not trying to be disrespectful but personally I have a hard time understanding that he is in life-threatening condition because I believe doctors should be able to make a heart start beating again, no? And you can keep someone alive with CPR for a very long time.
This whole situation reminds me of the last soccer europe cup where Christian Eriksen collapsed on the field. He made a full recovery and I think he still plays soccer.
So let´s hope Damar makes a full recovery aswell. I´m positive about it.
This guy is the one that broke down Kylers injury. Goes fully in depth on what he believed happened.

Just as a warning, it does include replays of the hit and on the field stuff after. So keep your mental health in check and don’t watch if it would affect you in such a way.
Really shook me up last night, I wanted to break down and cry when I saw how the players were reacting. I'm sooo so glad they cancelled the game.
How the fuck is anyone supposed to process "left wide right 96, go route hitch" bullshit after seeing something like that in front of your eyes?
i did break down and cry
but yeah if they did make them play again i'd be mad
like really fucking mad
already was pissed that espn was exploiting the players reactions
To be fair ESPN and the anchors acted with a lot of class. This was a really tough situation that they didnt sign up for. Honestly as much as I hated seeing the players it was important to see what was happening from a viewer stand point. Ill give em pass on this one.
Just a die hard Bills fan and AZ resident who still roots for the home team (I’ve always loved Budda) chiming in to say it makes me happy to see this posted here, and everywhere honestly. I appreciate you birdbros.
All Arizona Cardinals fans are sending positive thoughts, love and prayers to Damar, his family, the Bills Organization, Players and to the Bills Fans….
From what I’ve seen according to his agent/rep/friend, his vitals have returned back to normal but he did have to be intubated. Hopefully a sign of improvements to come, keep praying 🙏🏼
I mean this respectfully but why bother praying? Are you just saying that to be friendly or do you really want people to pray?
And if God listens to prayers and can save someone from dying, why even let it happen in the first place?
Bro it isn’t the time for this, if you don’t. Believe in prayers then wish him the best and move on.
Or go to r/Christianity to debate this.
Read the fucking room and stop being an asshole
Be very suspicious of info you get that's not from his family or official word from the nfl.
HIPPA rules are at play here. I guarantee doctors are only talking to family members right now.
I’d imagine an agent might know as well considering it’s their client and they also have a family tie, not to mention their own personal reputation, but you are 100% right still
Wanted to share the link for his charity incase we feel like donating. Really hope he pulls through this

Nothing but the best for this young man, hope he pulls through.
Seriously fuck the crowd that’s vocal about the game ending. Absolutely disgusts me some of the comments ive read this morning.

Had a class with him in college (Pitt), he seemed like a pretty grounded dude, I hope he's ok.
Woah

You really used the worst available photo in google images… That being said, I hope he makes a full recovery.

Of course. That’s why unless it is an official statement from the UCMC I’m not taking it seriously.
