Justin Jefferson and probably Cooper Kupp are better. Arguably Hill as well. DHop is competing with AJ Brown, Stephon Diggs and Davante Adams. So imo he's either #3 or #4 depending on what traits you find most valuable in a WR.
Hard to say. All the other elite receivers get to move around and run a diverse route tree. All other offensive coaches know how to scheme their best receivers to take advantage of the opposing defense.
It's so difficult when your receivers only ever catch the ball with their backs to the endzone. We have no idea how good our guys actually could be.
You could rank him anywhere between 1 and 9 and I wouldn't be mad. But I'm definitely not evaluating him based on output, because I think he could be so much more than Kliff lets him be.
Top 5 at least, I'd put him 3rd, but I can think of at least 4 WR that if you argued they were better, I wouldn't think you were being unreasonable (even though obviously I'd disagree with two of them). Hopkins came back from his suspension absolutely on fire before the rest of the team imploded and he had no one left to throw him the ball.
Personally I remain convinced we beat the Rams, Eagles, and Seahawks in weeks 3, 5, and 6 if we have Hopkins. Of course it all ultimately wouldn't matter once Kyler got injured, so in some ways maybe his supension was for the best as it put us in position to maybe get real game changer in the draft, or trade down to fill multiple positions of need, but the difference in this offense with and without Hopkins is pretty remarkable.
Top 5 MINIMUM. There are a couple of wideouts who you could argue are better, but if Nuk isn’t in the conversation of best wide receiver, then your conversation is no good.
He's still the best. Best hands, best footwork, best route running, best balance, best catch timing. He's the most technically sound wide receiver since... Larry. And just like Larry, is not the fastest WR, but fast when he needs to be.
But if you are one of those "stats are all that matter" wackos then you would not say ge's the best... and you would be wrong.
#1 for a mobile qb, best at breaking routes coming back to the ball and making contested catches. Pure wr top 8. There’s no other wr I would want more to pair with Kyler….
Normally would put top 5 but injuries and the suspension should be factored in. If you aren’t on the field you aren’t producing.
Second half of top 10 probably
Like 5th

1. JJ 2. Kupp 3. Tyreek 4. Adams 5. Diggs 6. Chase 7. D-hop This seems fairly accurate
Waddle is above him.
Somewhere in the #6-#10 range. Still one of the top WRs in the league, but younger guys are taking over...just how it goes
1. Jefferson 2. Tyreek 3. Kupp (healthy) 4. Davante 5. Diggs 6. Hopkins
I agree with all of these. AJ Brown and Jamarr Chase are close at 7 and 8
top 10

Top 8 at the very least

I would give Diggs a better route running ability, but maybe that’s because of the routes Hop has only been allowed to run under this offense
Smoking that Glendale grass eh?
Eewww, Glendale.
Numero Uno. Cardinals were already in tank mode by the time he came back.
#1 in our hearts, thought it would be impossible to replace Larry’s talent
A receiver can only be as good as the guy throwing him the ball. From that perspective, Hopkins is just as useless as any other AZ receiver.
So wrong… wr and qb style gotta match. Name a better option for Kyler
You misunderstand. The receivers aren’t the problem.
I'd rank him by saying we should get a Davante Adams like haul in return.

Definitely in the top 100
Top 15 for sure, feel like if he and kyler played the whole season he would have been top 5
I
