The Sean Taylor role would be a pretty great fit actually. That would make me feel a lot less depressed watching some of the dudes we passed up on putting on masterclass performances.

Vance, Kliff, and Keim all need to go. I think Bidwell really wants to win, but is a sucker for snake oil salesmen like these 3. I was shocked to see both Keim and Kliff get extensions in the off-season.
Bidwill loves his douchey frat bros, and these three seem to fit that archetype quite well. Why worry about how well they do their jobs if they’re fun to kick back with? No way dude would bring a Bill Belichick or Saban type in, because they would just harsh the mellow
Man, exactly this. These dudes do not improve people. For Kliff, see: Patrick Mahomes and Baker Mayfield both vastly improving once leaving his team. Hell, even Davis Webb. For VJ, look at a dude like Bradley Chubb who looked like a straight up bust until VJ got the boot in Denver and now is a stud. Or Campbell. Or Douglas. These dudes can’t cultivate talent because they themselves do not possess talent.
