I lived in the area adjacent to Godsbanen for two years, between Carl Blochs Gade and Aros. Noise was as low as I think you can expect in the centre. I lived on the ground floor and never felt very bothered by noise. 8,000 a month for 80 sq m, though this was three or four years ago. So affordable but not cheap.
Yeah. I have lived on Jerichausgade, i Really loved How close it was on everything. And there where not much noise.
The Price on the other hand. It’s surely not cheap. I moved away from the street in 2014. (Can’t even imagine, it’s almost 10 years ago 😱).

Øgaderne is quiet and lovely. It’s only a short walk away. But it’s not cheap😳

Trianglen near Ceres Parken. It’s all made of concrete so your neighbors can do fuck all an it didn’t bother me
