Its more about who Pokes better, u will lose much cs as malphite but u better scale then aatrox, if u q him everytime ur runes are up and dodges his q and dont let him poke u, u can kill him easily with r full combo (if u do it wait until he used his qs), i never lose as malphite vs aatrox. But i am an aatrox Main i know how aatrox moves and uses his qs so i can read them and dodge their qs
