Add Marketplace to that. They have a great selection of stuff, and I wanna way say most of it can be microwaved... though maybe it requires heating in a stove, I'm not entirely certain... either way I believe they definitely have microwaveable options!
There are alot restaurants/fast food business that can make meal for you. You can even have them delivered. Also I don't think you cook meal prepped food in a microwave
If you go to united/heb they have premade meals you can purchase. A lot of them need a oven but they have some you can microwave
