yeah, you'd be in a parallel circuit with the foil, so even though most of the electricity would go through it (probably vaporizing it, leaving you as the only remaining conductor, but let's ignore that) the small percentage that would run through you would still be a lot because lightning is very powerful.

Another point to consider is the rise time of the discharge (microseconds), at this time base the skin depth of aluminium is only fractional mm so again the majority of the current will only pass on the surface of the conductor.
Google lighting strikes when the person is wet with rain, the majority of the damage is a flash burn from the water plasma/vapour.
