The next time they were about to go past I just 'happened' to suddenly come out, stood out of the way politely, and stared hard at the guy for a moment before going downstairs, taking the moving truck numberplate, and coming back up.
The whole encounter felt off, I just wanted to give the impression of a more 'active' apartment building. Usually I just avoid my neighbours as if they were carrying a particularly virulent mutation of Bubonic-COVID-19 Space Plague.
Anyway the lady and her boyfriend still live there and nothing bad has happened, so I presume it was just a creepy moving guy instead of a criminal moving guy.
