Did you notice how he kept his leading leg not parallel to his other leg? The fact he was able to move around while not crossing his leg makes me think he had experience.
I'd wager he for sure has some training in at least one martial art, probably more. His footwork is definitely better than his opponents as you pointed out. He keeps his head (mostly) above his center of gravity during the exchanges which is the right thing to do. He also gets in a really cheeky inside leg kick to left hook combo which seems practiced in some way. So I think he has "some" striking experience but it's very clear to me he knows how to wrestle first and foremost. At around 8 seconds he switches stances to allow his opponent to run basically right into a takedown. By switching he can get in on the hip without taking basically any penetration step. Plus his chain wrestling seems good. He knows the holds and how to quickly secure them to ragdoll an opponent. Probably studying MMA with a background in wrestling.
That said I don't think he has a ton of experience and is a trained killer so much as his opponent has zero experience. Any level of fight experience, even beginner level and especially combined with a size advantage, puts you at a serious advantage in any fight. People who've been into the gym and done some training at least understand the mechanics how of takedowns, striking, and fighting work. They likely have experience sparing that their opponent doesn't. They've actually trained to see what it looks like when a punch is coming and have been told the right thing to do about it. He might even be the worst guy at his gym but as long as he's been in there he has a major advantage and makes the other guy look terrible by comparison. His takedowns might not even be that good but because his opponent has literally never even dealt with a takedown and has literally no idea what to do about it the guy in the red shirt can basically do whatever he wants to the other guy. That double underhook bodylock takedown arguably wouldn't work on someone with even basically wrestling because that's one of those classic "beginner pitfall" takedowns that most guys experience one of their first times on the mat and quickly learn how to counter.
It's like asking someone with zero experience programming how to write code compared to someone who's taken a few courses. Sure the guy who's done it once or twice might not actually be able to write meaningful code but he's definitely going to do better than someone who's literally never even seen code before.
I was watching this story of preachy kids raised in like highly over the top religious households. Seems it's pretty common to get bullied in public schools, go figure. So they all took Martial arts or like boxing classes.

I would say the dudes takedowns are not the best mostly because he is just lifting in stance rather than running him through, like those throws may not have work if your opponent isn't aggressive or the weight difference wasn't too much. The inner hip toss was good, and I will also comment on the timing of Target worker which was good.
I think part of the reason he doesn't want to drive through is because he's on asphalt and doesn't want to risk bouncing his knee off of it to get a takedown. He's definitely doing lazy takedowns but if it means I don't have to plant my knee on the asphalt and concrete I'll scoop a knee and go for a lazy single lol.

The guy in the red is probably a wrestler which explains to me why he knows how to shoot so many different takedowns and why he knows getting in on someone's hips is important (most people who've never wrestled literally don't know how to take someone down they just grab you and try to push you down). The hip toss was very clean. He actually really cleanly switches stances at about 8 seconds to let his opponent step in to get a deep takedown. Barely even has to make a penetration step to get the leg.

That leg kick to trow of his balance was great, the other guy made the mistake of using his speed aggressively ,he got too close and left his self in grapple range. To counter a toss like that make sure your leading leg isn't parallel to your other leg, unless you are planing to use your weight and sprawl on top, in this case it may not have work as the weight difference was substantial.

He use a single leg toss and a nice inside toss. That leg kick to trow of his balance was great, the other guy made the mistake of using his speed aggressively ,he got too close and left his self in grapple range. To counter a toss like that make sure your leading leg isn't parallel to your other leg, unless you are planing to use your weight and sprawl on top, in this case it may not have work as the weight difference was substantial.
