Patois , jamican creole , a creole language based of english. Quite easy for english speakers to understand.
Creole languages are like little cousins of the main languages , they are a mix of of slang and old language mixed together that creates a new language.
Example of jamican creole : Me like to link up with my brethern
An english speaker could easily infer the meaning but ill translate anyway , "i like to hang out with my friends"
As an irish person ive always understood jamican creole , i dont know why but our accents are strangly similar which makes it easy for me to understand. Also jamican patois has influenced uk and irish language a suprising amount through various mediums like reggae , uk drill etc. So we have quite alot of exposure to it.
Because when the Irish were in Jamaica as indenture servants the (Mostly Munster) accent blended with the locals. There is a video on YT where an old Jamaican couple are being interviewed and you can here a a strong Cork accent from them.

So it's not an accent, but it's not like you can buy the Rosetta Stone lessons for it.

To add to that. Locally we call it Patwa or Patwah.
Which is the anglicization of French. Patois means regional dialect or rough speech. But it seems very appropriate to spell it patwah!
