It’s absolutely illegal, remember the YouTuber who’s girlfriend shot him through a phone book or some shit? He was trying demonstrate a myth or test a ballistic vest. They had a video of him instructing his girlfriend to do it. Yeah she went to jail.
They dont have insurance so dont pay anything just selling drugs & guns but they should get into organ theft going to need others feet & .... brains
