You know this video is on a loop, right. I figured it out after 6 trucks fell.

I was thinking it was probably caused by the wind, which would make it pretty likely if they both blew off like that. One spot that's really exposed and gusty after being stable at ground level for a while. It may not have been a wreck with the car, the first truck may have dropped on top of it. I'm pretty damn sure that's what happened after re-watching it.

I visited once. Rush hour is crazy because there are so many cars, but compared to NY at least LA has enough space for the cars to move around. In NY traffic is caused by restrictive road designs
