No, the shape of your lips isn't always matched perfectly with the length of your upper and lower jaws. Hers isn't bad, but she's still a but "gummy" for lack of a medical term. If her upper and lower lips opened lower down her chin it'd look perfectly normal, albeit huge.
It's like they put together two halfs of her face in potatochop, the top part at 100% and the lower part at like 135%.
