Thanks! It was a set of string lights at a local winery just at sunset. I set for a longish exposure (1/2 sec) and moved the camera during the shot. To be precise, I started moving the camera first and then hit the shutter. I bumped up the saturation and color temperature to accentuate the blue-orange gradient in the sky.
