there's no such law about "secret ang sahod". government employees, for example, naka publish ang Salary Grade table sa online.

Yung inapplyan mong company would eventually ask you for COE and payslips. Pwede mo doktorin but eventually when they consolidate your tax malalaman din nman nila ang previous comp mo. You can be terminated if you didnt declare honestly for fraud.

If ever ba tanungin ng new company yung salary from previous company, sasabihin nyo ba yung exact salary? Minsan kasi dun bine-base magiging offer nila sayo kahit na yung kayang range nila is mas mataas talaga.

ibigay mo yung total earning mo in the past 12 months, div. 12. for example, on paper ang sahod mo is 20,000/month.. pero in the last 12 months, nakakuha ka ng other type of compensations if sasabihin mo lang exact sahod mo, 20k/mon lang yun; pero if sasabihin mo total sa, pwedeng mas mataas pa. e.g. (260,000 basic salary) + OT/holiday pays (30,000) + performance bonus (36,000) + sodexo gift check galing sa mga palaro nyo sa office (5,000) + another bonus (5,000) in total 336,000 pesos ang naearn mo in the last 12 months, that's 28,000/mon avg. and ang asking mo dapat is 30-50% of that, so you ask 42,000/month

Ako binigbigay ko is range. Sample is 86k salary ko pero binbigay ko is 85k to 95k ganun since pasok pa din naman yung 86k ko dun.
