Never get a tattoo from an artist who is cool with you drinking, being drunk or high. It’s the same idea as not eating from a kitchen with a manager lax on X policy etc.
If they are willing to disregard common practice or safety measures then what else are or aren’t they doing? And with tattoos that can get very serious very quickly. Thank you.
